Cosmea Z was bred by The Family Limpens-Huntjens of Holland and purchased in the fall of 2010 at the Zangersheide Foal Auction.  A spunky, yet very quiet filly she was famous at the auction for being on the cover of the auction book with a picture of her jumping out of the ring at the Z-Festival.  While at the Z-Festival out of over 200 fillies she placed 14th for the weanlings.  Mea recently showed us when free jumping that she is very careful and thinks about what she is doing. We have high hopes for this filly with her exceptional bloodlines and beautiful conformation.    

Sire Calvados Z died at a young age soon after jumping clear in his first international grand prix.  This was a tragedy for the Jumper World as he did quite well on the young horse soon and was moving up the ladder.  With his first class Holsteiner pedigree he had all the right components to become an international jumper.  Mother Zianne received the best jumping mare title in Holland as a 3 yr old, and has produced top offspring competing successfully at international levels all over the world.
