"Irish"

Irish was bestowed her name as a result of being born on St. Patricks Day and we are hoping she will also have the luck of the "Irish."  As a weanling in the 2010 BWP Keuring Tour she placed 6th with a score of 77.  Her temperment is very sweet and brave with a lot of energy.  Although she was bred for blood, she is very controlled and obedient.  This blood and power can be seen when she is loose; as she wows people when they watch her.  This filly gained the best of both "Sire" and "dam."  Alligator Fontaine modernized Liona, leaving Irish with longer legs, and a more refined body and head.  When we free jumped her recently she jumped around on her own within minutes very willingly and carefully; not wanting to touch any of the rails.      

Sire "Alligator Fontaine" is an international showjumper and has progeny competing currently on the international scene.  He combines top French Bloodlines with modern Thoroughbred bloodlines for the best of both.  Dam "Liona Z" also competed successfully in the 1.35m jumpers with an amateur rider before beginning her career as a broodmare.  She as well has many top international horses in her bloodlines; Landgraf, Nimmerdor, Ramiro, Alme, and more.
