Role Model Role Model, aka. Taylor is a three year old that was given to us by Nancy Whitehead of Richmond IL. She has been started and is currently in work to develop her under saddle talent. We have elected to breed her through embryo transfer, so that we continue to develop her and hope to compete with her in the young jumpers, as her disposition under saddle leads us to believe that will be her fortay.
Taylor was named for Taylor Flury of Aliboo Farm. In the year 2006, Taylor Flury had to go through several brain surgeries after being diagnoised with Chiari Malformation. That same year Nancy Whitehead had several babies born and named one after Taylor due to there friendship. When Taylor Flury started her breeding program, Nancy gave her Taylor to use as one of her start-up brood mares. However, Taylor decided that she wanted to put Taylor into work and pursue embryo transfers so that she could show Taylor. Effective 2009, Nancy Whitehead and Taylor Flury are partners in the ownership of the mare. We would like to express our gratitude to Nancy for her generous gift and support!
