Descriptions of a horse's level of experience or competition results reflect past performance under specific circumstances and don't predict results with a different rider, in a different environment, or at a different level. Buyers and lessees should arrange their own independent veterinary examination (including any pre-purchase exam) and trial, and rely on their own judgment and advisors.

3. Training and development services
We offer training, development, and preparation of young and sport horses. Inquiries about these services, and any description of them on the Site, don't create a training agreement. Training is provided only under a written agreement that will set out the scope, fees, term, and responsibilities. Horse training and riding are inherently risky, and progress, timeline, and outcomes depend on the individual horse and can't be guaranteed. References to "graduates," past results, or client success stories are illustrative and don't guarantee similar results for your horse.

4. Assumption of risk
Equine activities are inherently dangerous. You acknowledge that horses can behave unpredictably and that participating in or being present at equine activities carries a risk of serious injury or death. Under Montana law, you may have limited ability to recover damages for injuries from the inherent risks of equine activities. You assume those risks. If you visit our facility, you must follow our safety rules and the instructions of our staff.

5. Stallion and breeding services
Where we offer stallion services or breeding arrangements, they're provided only under a separate written contract. Breeding outcomes, including conception, pregnancy, live foal, sex, health, and future ability, can't be guaranteed.
